Key responsibilities

The Finance & Services Office Admin Manager is based in Stockholm and supports all activities with relation to the Finance & Services function within Sweden and Denmark. He/she is both supporting the local business units in several areas onsite and as well acting as a single-point-of-contact for the headquarter, based in Zurich. The holder of this position reports to the Head Finance international business and locally to the Nordic Country Head. 

  • Be responsible for the management and coordination of the outsourced functions (mainly tax / fiduciary services)
  • Manage the relation and act as support to local regulators/authorities/institutions (e.g. local regulators, tax authorities, banks)
  • Present financial reporting to the local leadership team and consult in financial matters
  • Process incoming invoices (purchase-to-pay process)
  • Support in the expense claims process
  • Coordinate the planning/budgeting process locally
  • Support general ledger in Zurich/Warsaw with the annual closing and publication of the result
  • Support in coordinating of annual shareholders and directors meetings
  • Support internal and external auditors
  • Support headquarter in the annual tax declaration in collaboration with external tax advisors
  • Bachelor’s Degree in economics
  • 2 – 4 years’ experience within economics/finance
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with SAP as ERP/BI system a merit
  • Fluent in written and oral English
