Office services is right in the heart of internal service at Klarna and we help with various tasks, within different departments, globally. For this role you play an important role when it comes to building our brand and culture here at Klarna.

Success in this role means making the service work smoothly in the office and within our tasks. No day is the same what makes your job very interesting. You ensure a great working environment, boost culture by organising internal events and fikas, deal with suppliers and contracts and provide administrative support on different levels. Taking initiative and proactively looking for optimization drives you, and you are more than happy to turn challenges into successes. Embracing change and willingness to work with several tasks at once will make success in this role. 

You are a positive, efficient and reliable person who enjoys being part of a fast-paced organization where only change is constant. You are a people person, team player and a natural leader who loves the service aspect of Office environment as much as leading a team towards set goals.

Working together with dedicated, social team members makes you tick. You thrive on getting a great deal of responsibility and freedom. While your administrative skills are great and you appreciate creating order out of chaos, it will be your solution-oriented mindset that sets you apart from other candidates. You do not find problems, you find solutions and you do so with a smile. You have at least 2-3 years experience from working with service and as a Team Lead. We expect you to be fluent in English, extra language and/or Swedish skills is a plus.
