Investment & Treasury Systems Analyst

We are currently seeking a Systems and Process Analyst to join the Business Development team within Investment Operations.

About the Role

In your role as a System and Process Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in managing our investment/treasury system Wallstreet Suite (WSS), a key component of our investment management environment. Your day-to-day tasks include working as an in-house consultant, offering support across various departments such as Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, and Investment Accounting.

You will take on the challenge of designing customized models in WSS for complex instruments and corporate actions, as well as ensuring the integrity and reliability of our static data and system setups. Your expertise will also be vital in developing and refining control and support systems, along with creating and maintaining sophisticated reports using SkySparc's OmniFi, a business intelligence tool closely integrated with our investment management system.

Additionally, you will coordinate WSS-related issues within Investment Operations and contribute to various ad-hoc projects, including supporting the Head of Business Development in Investment Operations.

About the Team

The Investment organization consists of 20+ people and manages more than SEK 100bn of assets, invested primarily in interest-bearing securities and equity.

You will be an integral part of the Business Development function, a team dedicated to continuous system development and process improvements. This team plays a crucial role in supporting and advancing our investment management processes.

Who Are You?

To succeed in this role, you should have strong analytical skills, a keen interest in financial systems, ability to work independently as well as in group, problem solving ability, effective communication skills, and an overall positive attitude.

You also have:

• Experience with investment management/treasury systems such as Wallstreet Suite, Simcorp Dimension, FIS Quantum or similar software
• Knowledge in interest-bearing instruments
• Experience with business intelligence tools like Microsoft Power BI or similar tools is meritorious
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering
• Fluent in Swedish and English
